Everything We Know About Customer Service We Learned From Our Mom

Customer Service Really Counts In The Salvage Business. There's no big company with deep pockets standing behind Weller Tractor Salvage. We know we need to satisfy our customers every day and make them the focus of our business. Here are just a few things we learned from Mom about customer service.

You're Not Going Out Looking Like That, Are You? Mom knew first impressions count. Clean, securely packed parts make everybody more confident about the quality of both product and service. That's why our crew checks, cleans, and packs every part with care. We figure treating our parts with respect is a good way to treat our customers with respect.

Choose Your Friends Carefully. We've worked hard to build a network of parts and equipment resources so we don't (often) have to say "we can't help you" when a customer needs a part. It's our carefully chosen and trusted friends in this business who make us competitive and help us keep our customers happy.

Quit Acting Stupid. Mom knew it was an act. She always told us that learning is never a waste of time and she led by example. She is a life-long learner and often teaches us something new! Our sales people make it a point to learn all they can about the parts they sell and the equipment our customers are trying to fix. The guys in the shop & warehouse spend time learning about casting marks, acceptable wear, and parts interchange.

Always Say Thank You. Thank You! to our customers, vendors and friends. We owe our business to you.
